How long are therapy and coaching sessions?
Typical sessions last approximately 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length; however, this can be modified as needed.
The length and frequency of sessions are based on the client’s needs and a discussion of your or your loved one's needs and goals.
How much do you charge?
Speech therapy and Coaching sessions start at $65 per session, depending on the length. Sessions can be scheduled in 30, 45, or 60-minute increments. Please contact me for additional pricing information.
Package discounts and payment plans are available. I am now accepting CareCredit, which can offer you more flexibility to take care of yourself. HSA and FSA accounts can also be used to pay for therapy and coaching services.
Do you accept Insurance?
I am an in-network provider with Aetna and Medicare.
If you would like to use your insurance benefits but don't have Aetna or Medicare, don't worry. I've got a solution for you. At the close of each month, I can provide you with a you with a SuperBill. This is a coded receipt that you can present to your insurance company to claim reimbursement for services covered by your plan. While it is ultimately up to the insurance company, the Superbill gives you the power to ask for reimbursement and advocate for you or your family member.
I would recommend that you talk to your insurance provider before initiating services to see if your insurance company covers speech therapy. Unfortunately, many insurance companies will only cover developmental deficits - or - new deficits, but usually not both. If you call prior to starting sessions, you won't have surprises later on.
Are the services you need not covered by insurance?
No problem.
Rest assured, I offer several flexible payment options, including Carecredit, discounts on bulk session packages, payment plans, and the use of HSA/FSA benefits. This variety is designed to accommodate your financial planning and make our services more accessible.
Do you offer therapy online?
Yes! We provide telehealth sessions for speech, language, and cognitive coaching. Swallowing and chewing therapy requires an initial in-person evaluation, but follow-ups can be done online.
